Millesimé Cellars is dedicated to creating high quality small production old world style wines from sustainable, organic, and biodynamic vineyards. Our traditional vintages inspired by wine regions in France, Italy and Portugal are barrel aged in French and American Oak for 2-3 years. Millésimé Cellars winemaking practices include wild fermentations and non-filtration methods producing rare and unique varietals. Our tasting room provides an enriched setting for sensory and educational experiences that includes an exclusive wine flight with the owner/winemaker Brittany Rice. While guests settle into their tasting, the winemaker explains the grape to bottle process and showcases her passion for fine wines, culinary arts, and photography.
